Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Swurvebot ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Swurvebot is a listing engagement tool that delivers automated views and watchers to your marketplace listings on eBay, Depop, Mercari, and OfferUp. The Service also provides listing analysis, description generation, and fee calculation tools.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

Use the Service only for your own marketplace listings.
Not share your account credentials with others.
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service.
Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Comply with the terms of service of each marketplace you connect.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

6. Marketplace Risk

Using automated tools on third-party marketplaces carries inherent risk. Marketplaces may restrict or suspend accounts that violate their policies. Swurve is not responsible for any marketplace actions taken against your seller account. You use the Service at your own risk.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep Swurvebot available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, update features, or modify the Service at any time. We will try to provide advance notice for planned downtime via our Discord server.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Swurve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost sales, marketplace suspensions, or data loss.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced on our Discord server.
